Hotel Guest Reviews of the Greenville Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The price went up 14.00 per night and the bath room was not properly cleaned. Dirty wash clothes were left in the bathtub. I Will most likeey not stay there again.

The hotel is old, has no real amenities, staff was minimal, they used old room keys and was around nothing- bad location.

The hotel appeared abandoned empty parking lot with only half lit 80s neon lighting outside.the restaurant/ bar the hotel advertises on their website - isn't there anymore - false advertisement! My room stunk , there was dirty wash clothes in my shower, dust on shelves, it looked like I went back to the 80s with pink walls, unattractive bed spreads with linen that is outdated so much they are thinned out in areas, yellowed towels and pillow cases that had make up marks on them. This seriously looked like a hotel you would rent in the ghetto for--- a night not--- a night. I searches for bedbugs and felt dirty sleeping there. I will never stay here again. It's not by any restaurants you have to drive across town, has old TVs, only one of our 3 rooms had a microwave even, no linen bags, an alarm clock the size of the night stand that didn't work, stained up chairs, peelings paint in the bathroom as well as stains all over the walls. So disgusting! I found change on the floor by a bed when I first got there so that tells you how well the floors were swept too!! Don't stay here! Spend the extra 20$ a night to stay at the best western. ...read more

We booked this hotel room because we wanted to experience some local flavor...this was our third year to Greenville, Ohio. At first, everything seemed alright, but then I woke up to a bed bug on the nightstand next to me. My husband grabbed it in a tissue
But the bug jumped out of the tissue when he tried to take it to the front desk, and they did NOTHING to help us out. The management was rude, at best, I would NOT recommend stating here...

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THEY ARE IN DENIAL!!!!

Breakfast provided. Attached restaurant.
When we arrived we were placed in a double room. We had to go back to the desk and point out that we had reserved a queen size bed room with refrig and microwave. They moved us. Hotel was still far away from anything - i.e. no walking distance.

Would not stay here again. Too far away from anything to take a nice walk. In the middle of industrial area. Placed in the wrong room initially and it took some talking to get the right type. We left early.

Nice staff, very clean room. The room was not in the luxury class, but actually pretty nice.
Some people came to their room at 1:30 am, and were quite noisy for 20 minutes. No one mans the front desk from midnight until 5 am, so no help. The tub was made of plastic, and seemed a little flexible, but it was fine. No serious problems.

Overall, an okay place. I'm not sure whether I would rate it two stars or two and a half, but I certainly would not argue with two and a half. It's in a rather quiet, out of the way place. There is a restaurant right next to it that is closed. However, there are many places to eat and shop just a mile or two away. I would stay there again. I did see a lady come out of a room down the hall with two small dogs on leashes, so this is apparently permitted in some rooms. ...read more

The location in proximity to the event we attended.
This hotel is past its prime and not in the best location.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff, though small, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was well supplied, although open at least 1/2 hour less than most. Except for the cost, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice. Rooms were good. Would stay again for short stay.
Continental breakfast could be improved. The pastries didn't taste fresh.

It is a nice place to stay for an overnight.

It was close to where I was recreating.
Old, dingy, minimal breakfast, maid staff folded clean linen in dirty hallway floor, ice machine inoperable.
