Hotel Guest Reviews of the Green Tulum HotelOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. no air conditioning, no hot water, no tv, 10 feet from a very loud car repair shop that never closed, the room is mostly wire screen and rough cut trees, massive craters in road to entrance, awful location . There is absolutely no way this is a 3 star hotel with no AC, no hot water and no tv. It was a complete Priceline scam. Do not fall for this ripoff from Priceline by bidding on 3 star hotels in Tulum. The average 3 star is aroundxxx or so, but this is what you will get. I was flabbergasted that Priceline would screw a customer so badly. ...

Didn't like a lot of things: 1- They say they are Eco-that, Eco-thist. But it's, apparently, only a justificative to be Economy-that, economy-this. 2- The Manager is one of the most unfriendly person I've ever met. When I try to pay my stay, he was taking a nap and said: I will not stand up now to take the change because I am resting. Please come back later! (!?!?) I've never seen something like that! 3- Hot water is only until 6pm. If you request, the manager turnes it on after 25min and after making a very unpleasant face. 4- It is almost a jungle hotel - the animals and insects outside the room make a lot of noise. 5- There is a huge car center just close to hotel entrance. If the bugs haven't woken you up, the fixing-car noises will do so. 6- would not recommend to anybody- Eco-people, low-budget-people.... ...

The cabanas are like little apartments, clean and spacious. Fans were adequate to cool in the evening, there is no ac. Hot showers, clean bathroom, fresh sheets and towels. There is a balcony on all cabanas with small table, chairs and hammock. It was paradise for me. There is a nice sized pool with chairs and loungers and a bar. Good breakfast in the nothing also. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wifi was strong, electricity 24hrs. I searched many places and was so glad I close this one! ...
