Hotel Guest Reviews of the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The bed was firm and comfortable. We had solid mugs for coffee and tea. There was a grocery store right around the corner.
The toilet by the bar in the lobby area was not clean with no toilet paper.

The concierge was very helpful with the bus tour.
The bartenders were rude and unattentive. The check in was slow. The room was clean but not at all what a 4/5 star hotel should be (except for bathroom). Overall, it was completely overpriced for the star level indicated.

Cleanliness of the room. Room was nice. Reception unfriendly.
There is no separate kids area at the swimming pool. Not enough chairs to sit down at the pool. not enough hooks to hang towels or bathrobes. very loud because of the screeming kids at pool. Sauna is in bad condition since nobody uses towels.

The restaurant was very good. They are still getting used to the menu, but overall food was great!
I do not like the idea that they actually showed the pool and spa on the website, but it isn't even finished! I need a pool! and feel cheated!

This is a good hotel, in a good area, but construction was going on around it, there was very little parking. It will be an elegant hotel when they have gotten through their first year. I think that they were wrong to advertise a pool and spa when neither exists. They were even in the book, with opening hours and phone numbers.
