Hotel Guest Reviews of the Grand Times Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Jorg from New Britain, CT

Lobby is cozy.
Jacuzzi is cold.
Trendy decoration. A little bit overpriced.

The bed was comfortable.
The price was a little bit expensive for the quality of hotel. There were not enough space to eat breakfast and the property of the table was bad. Also, you could only eat toast, bagel or cereals.

Everything
met my expectations. I really like their modern decoration.
met my expectations. I really like their modern decoration.
The location is bit fast from downtown Quebec city and all the attractions.
This hotel Will be a 4 star hotel if it is in the city downtown area. The only downturn is the location.it is a nice boutique style hotel.

The hotel was very model and sleek in design and feel.
The continential breakfast was very limited and they did not replenish even when almost everything was gone after an hour.
Place is great for couples, business travelers, and leisure travelers with older children. Facilities were very sleek and modern looking, the rooms were very quiet, and there's free parking. The lobby reminded me of a lounge or night club. However, the pool is extremely small and is not meant for swimming, but for lounging.
