Hotel Guest Reviews of the Grand Canyon Inn And Motel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff are very nice and friendly. There is a great restaurant on property. It is driving distance from the Great Canyon.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean & kids had fun unwinding at the pool.
Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Were a bit lumpy.

Restaurant had good food for reasonable price in that area. Especially since is tourist area.

Location
very poor maintenance of the roomno options for vegetarians in the restaurant, pizza was the only options for veggies which was not very good either and it came only in large size so even if one wanted only two slices one had to buy whole pizza.

Close to the park
No place to even get a cup of coffee before 7:30. Every place in town closed.

I like the lower cost theme rooms.
They upgraded us the second night without our ok. An e tra $20 more per room. One room's toilet was clearly dirty. No hair dryer in the lower cost rooms

Although location seemed distant from Park it worked quite well for us. Front desk and F&B were a plus.

Close to the Grand Canyon, they had rooms available the day I was in town, and the price.
$18 steak that should cost $9, none of the ice machines were working, no continental breakfast, low water pressure.
