The staff very friendly. Prices were totally outrageous. Would never go back.
The prices. 6 Euros for a small cold European coffee. About 40 E for inferior breakfast buffet.

The rooms were lavishly decorated, nice traditional European touch except the elaborate curtain treatment on window hid a view that no one would want to to look at! We were captive of extremely high prices, especially in the morning for coffee and breakfast when there was no where else to go. The coffee was unbelievably high priced and cold. I felt the breakfast buffet was inferior to better unpretentious places we stayed. We were glad to leave. more

The hotel front desk was very accommodating. We arrived early at the hotel and we asked if we may be able to check-in. They made a phone call to inquire if the room was available and we were immediately informed that we may be able to check-in. We were also upgraded to a room with a view. Every time we leave and arrive at the hotel, we were greeted courteously and warmly. Every night, hotel staff also prepared the bed and the curtains were drawn. Everyday, we also had complimentary chocolates. Hotel service was excellent. We had room service and the food was great. more

Good location, excellent staff, Luxurious.
We were on non-smoking floor but air still smelled of smoke in the room and in the hallway.

Overall excellent - helpful staff, definitely deserves 5-star rating. The room was little small but not unexpected from a European hotel. Only complaint is that the room smelled of smoke even on non-smoking floor.

Very well located, excellent priced.

The hotel was quite a surprise. it is very well located, the rooms are spacious, the lobby, dining room and the rest of the hotel are great.
