Hotel Guest Reviews of the Glenstone LodgeOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. very nice, would stay again.

The hotel could be a great hotel but it needs some basic work on it. I love the entry way into the hotel. Pool look very inviting.

The staff was very nice, but priceline was way off in their star rating. When i called they did nothing about it. Very unhappy with priceline and this hotel choice. I've stayed at 2 star hotels that were much nicer than this supposed 3 star. It was also very far from attractions, even though I chose downtown.

When we checked in the desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, but dated. We got a room with a king size bed. and gas log fireplace in it. The room wasn't bad, but for a 3 star hotel I was expecting MUCH nicer. There was no DVD player or option to pay for a payperview so that we could lay in bed and relax after a day of walking all over gatlinburg. The rooms join to the room next to you and the people in the room were REALLY obnoxiously loud. Almost to the point of calling down and complaining. Only some of the electrical outlets worked. The water in the shower kept burning us with scalding water due to hot spots in the water. and we there was a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom when we got there. We were able to park our car, for free, and walk everywhere we wanted to go in Gatlinburg. Would I stay here again? ONLY if I got it really cheap again. ...

pool area was unique, but old. Hot tub jets not working. $9 breakfast buffet ok, but not great.
November 6, 2013
The rooms were old and the beds were extremely hard, the elevator smelled like hydronic fluid and the doors are on the outside you could see light around the door, making me not feel safe or private. There were large cracks in concrete balcony.just not what I expected.

Older hotel more like a motel, very dated. The rooms were decent size and the location was ideal. The walls were thin and it was way too easy to hear people in the next rooms.
