Hotel Guest Reviews of the Gallup TravelodgeOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was very cheap but much nicer and cleaner than you would expect for the money. Nice that they had a pool.

I would not return to this hotel, very dirty and smelly! Lots of crumbs on the floor no vacuuming and torn bed sheets and comforter.

Worst hotel, I have ever stayed at. 2 dirty rooms, we ended up changing the sheets by ourselves. Staff never apologized for hair in the tub, hair and sand in the beds, dirty coffee maker in the room, and no coffee for the continental breakfast.

Family Traveling with Young Children
I was very unhappy with this room, the staff, the pool & did not get a comfortable or adequate sleep. The continental breakfast consisted of juice and cold cereal, not even coffee! I would never stay there again, much less recommend it.

The rooms are all right, and I have no complaints about them nor the maids. Regarding the management, I sense incompetence. I asked if I could leave a postcard to be mailed at the front desk. They were confused, but then directed me to leave it in an insecure black box on the wall. I did that, but I was uncomfortable with that, so I checked late the next morning to see if it was still there. It was, no one was at the front desk, so I just took it out and mailed it in a real mailbox elsewhere in town. There were two driveways in/out of this motel. One had a severe rut full of mud with little rocks in it. After a bad experience (mud and rocks stuck to my car), I learned to use the other, less convenient, one each time I left or returned. ...
