Clean, friendly, great courtesy. Always trying to help the tourist.
The stars for the hotel ok, 3stars (no more). Very nice experience as a whole but I was shock by their statement that room was reserved but not paid. Also run my card and now my statement is higher than I expected. Although the difference may not be hundreds of dollars it's still discouraging when a prior price was agreed upon. Again, the rest was good.
