The room location was great! Havana blue restaurant was beautiful and fit for foodies

Have stayed many time at this hotel. Like the renovations. Wish they would keep the pumps turned on for the infinity pools.

The location was fantastic. The amenities of the pools and beaches, excellent views, and varied restaurants were all a huge advantage.
The restaurant by the pool is nothing special, and overall, the food is very expensive. Even the marketplace items were a little over-priced for my expectations. Check-in and out was very slow.

The hotel is literally a one stop location. It has everything you need to stay put all day or convenient location to get out and about.
Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there were some staff that did not seem very interested in customers.

Great location. Hotel is very comfortable with all necessary amenities. It's nice to be able to choose from a variety of pools and a couple of convenient beach locations. There are a number of restaurants to choose from as well.

We asked for a room upgrade upon arriving. It overlooked the harbor side where you can View the activity. Made our stay more enjoyable. The staff were helpful.
Parking is a problem. More spaces needed. Food prices seem high.

The location and convenience of having several bars, pools and a jacuzzi on site.

The hotel has at least three pools to choose from with jacuzzi. There are several restaurants and bars to choose from with a large breakfast buffet. The view from my room was good enough, but there are several locations that my friends and I took postcard perfect pictures.

I liked the pool, lobby areas and staff.
The bathroom space was small without ventilization. the hotel did not appear to be one that was recently renovated. Certain areas of the hotel smelled moldy.

the staff was excellent with the exception of one housekeeping staff that I made utilize her greeting skills daily. The main areas that you can see upon entering the resort are beautiful but the hidden areas are the ones of concern.
