Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. The island (four seasons) offered the perfect rural, uninhabited island getaway. The resort was extremely luxurious yet allowed guests to feel comfortable and relax.
Would recommend guests bring snacks and drinks with them to the island or purchase from the local grocer. The resort is expensive and simple items like a can of soda can cost $5 a piece.

The Four Seasons Manele Bay offered us a great retreat from our busy lives. The lack of a strong tourist trade on the island made us feel like we had it all to ourselves. The beach and bar staff at the resort were experts in their trade, making us feel completely taken care of with minimal interaction. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting! Front Desk staff were very courteous and more than willing to do anything they could to help. We would strongly recommend renting a Jeep from Rick at Dollar Rent-a-cars in Lanai City, a jeep is the only way to get around the island. We honestly had two days of beaches with no one else on them! What a treat! ...read more

The staff was great and the hotel rooms great.
Our room lacked a couch outside on the balcony and after i arranged a late-check out they still locked me out of my room. But other than that it was amazing.

Access to beach and pool services were a quick jaunt from our room and the rest of the resort-yet also exclusive and remote.
The public facilities at the pool area were substandard compared to other luxury resorts in Hawaii. The amount of construction at both night and day.

See above.
