Family Traveling with Teens
Very comfortable. Great location (next to shopping) easy to get to where we needed to go in Victoria. Quiet location.

This is definitely not a 3 Star hotel, it should be shown as a 3+ Star hotel. Right from the parking onward our experience was good. All the staff were excellent, including our server in the dining room. Room was clean and well furnished, as was the rest of the hotel.

Solo Traveler
Convenient location, easy access to all parts of Victoria. Staff was also very Friendly. Hotel was very clean and room looked recently upgrade or renovated. Fridge in room was great, as a traveler it is always nice to be able to put snacks in a fridge to have for when on the go or left overs from dinner. I live on the mainland near Vancouver so Victoria is a quick and easy ferry ride, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The free bottle of water in the room was also nice. ...

Hotel is conveniently located near box stores and easy access to highway. Very clean and well maintained.
