Desk staff seemed disinterested in our long journey. Went to the room which was facing the back of the hotel. Extremely loud Disco booming music playing across the street. Back down to the desk inquired about staving past the 12:00 noon check out they wanted an additional $70. from us for 5 hours till 5:00 pm our flight did not leave until midnight that day. Also the disco would not be finished until after 3:00 AM how are
to sleep. Waitress at the bar ignored serving & served Spanish speaking guests first even though we were ahead of them Terrible service. ...
