This hotel was nice for the night we stayed. A lot of places to eat and drink in Brussels are nearby, and we enjoyed its proximity to public transportation. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The hotel was very accommodating, comfortable, close to high-end shopping and places to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. would stay there again

The reception desk staff.
1) The price of parking. 2) That coffee in the lobby costs 2 euros (but then I'm spoiled by free coffee in American hotels).

Room is very clean with pleasant decor. Tea/coffee facilities in room very a nice bonus. The bar downstairs is a cheerful and convenient feature. Pretty good location - bus/tram very close and lots of restaurants/shops nearby, yet it is not noisy.
Not really. Breakfast is way overpriced so I didn't take it. There could be a free coffee machine, like many other hotels - here we have to pay for the Nespresso machine in the lobby. On the other hand, the rooms have a free tea/coffee maker.

good welcome by staff every time, efficient hotel to stay at and nice location
changed the public parking rules outside on street in this area resulting in high parking costs or fines..

Everything was fantastic, the location is good served by tram and near stores, markets and restaurants! The hotel offers a green program! I loved this hotel and I am sure to stay there again!
