Hotel Guest Reviews of the Flamingo Las Vegas

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Large hotel with a good casino.
Had trouble with room air conditioner that required 2 calls to fix. Bathroom vanity had paint peeling, no holders for hand towels or toilet paper. Had a large settee that was not comfortable but took up the space where chairs should have been.

Location, location, location. It was in the middle of the strip.
The pool was packed. Couldn't even get a chair to lay on. The pool staff doesn't even check for your room key.

The lobby.
Yes, the air condition in the rooms is horrible. You cannot even feel it. So bad that you are sweating from being in there. Also it took an hour to get new towels.

It's good to get if you're on a budget, but if you're not on a budget and you can spend some more, definitely go to caesars palace.

On strip
Pool closed at 7pm

Booked online and was surprised that we had to pay additional fees at check in. Not happy about that

Took 45 minutes to check in. Also at the pool there was a dj playing music that 12 year old girls would listen to. Wasn't in the mood for a freaking dance party at the pool.

For the $ it was fine

Location.
The shower faucet would not shut off. The water pressure in the shower was a little more than a sprinkle. The fixtures felt like they were about to come off. The room was very nice but it took a long time to shower. L.V heat, need a working shower.

Great location. They need to update their slots, we went next door to play their new machines. The buffet was not very impressive.

Location was perfect for its price.
Understanding that there were a lot of drunk people in our hotel, the cleanness factor should have been kept up with. Not okay to have trash bags at the end of a hall for over an hour.

Loved the atmosphere. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Friendly/helpful staff, especially front desk.
No

Room was very luxurious, if somewhat dated. Location was right on the strip with a view of the Bellagio fountain. It cost us $30 to upgrade to this room and it was monet well-spent, in my view.
