I will never stay there ever again, I called about the room I was going to reserve ( deluxe king with a hot tub ) I called to see if the tub was a hot tub in the room or a Jacuzzi tub. They said a Jacuzzi tub, I was lied to by who ever answered the phone. There is NO Jacuzzi tubs in any rooms. Only the public hot tub. When we went to check in they tried to put us in a smaller room and charge us the higher amount. The so called breakfast was a joke. Coffee was gross in the breakfast room. No coffee in our room and desk never offered to get us any either. Never again will I stay in this place. ...

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was upstairs and down a long hallway. I had a dog with me and I am disabled. So carrying all my stuff up stairs was difficult. Otherwise it was OK.

Family Traveling with Young Children
One can be reminded of the old saying "you get what you pay for". Staff was unsympathetic to issues that were brought up, would not cancel my second night when I complained the next morning about the comfort of the beds and other issues. Do not stay here, my children found bites on them the next day at home after staying here.

Lots of restaurants (be aware they are mostly burger joints) surrounding the hotel and is right off the highway. Also across the street is the Centralia Outlets.

It was clean, ok for 2 nights. TV was great. Location right off I5. I would go back if necessary.

The room was small and dumpy. The internet was really flaky and kept going in and out. They couldn't process my credit card when I checked in and had to "write down" my credit card number.
