The room was nice and clean ,accommodating. Big for the price. Very limited breakfast menu.
The staff is very unpleasant. Not welcoming, personal with clients. They offer no visitors information as far as things to offer in Fallbrook. Money hungry.

The hotel had a flooding problem but did not let me know in advance. They did give us a free room at a hotel down the street, however the hotel should have called in advance once they knew the room was not ready.

the front desk staff was very friendly, the room was clean and colorful, not boring :) there were a few imperfections in the room, but the overall experience was positive. I liked the feeling of being there.
nothing much significant to complain about.

the room had its own porch with chairs to sit on, if you wanted to have that feeling of sitting on a porch on a nice summer's day/night.

Our non-smoking room REAKED of cigarettes with ashtray below window on front porch. Asked Housekeeper to spray, still awful Asked hotel clerk for new room--got nothin but attitude. 1st rerefused us new room, then refused us refund. Eventually moved us.
Staff doesn't adhere to their non-smoking policies. Cigarette butts in every planter/ashtray in front of each room & REAK of smoke. When customer asks 4 clean room, they get beligerent. We had to threaten to cancel our Visa 2 get clean room. TERRIBLE

Room was clean and the grounds were nicely maintained.
Bathtub VERY slick. One bedside lamp didn't work, even after we plugged it into our extension cord (not enough plugs). The bed was very flat. There was no TV guide or channel reference except for an HBO guide and TV recepton only fair.

It smelled bad inside the room. it would be nice if windows could be opened and air conditioner could be turned on before the guests arive.

Clean rooms with refrigerator and microwave and large bathroom
Slow refund by manager on what must have been the worst room and worst location with no internet service - only continued complaints rectified it. Received no bill from manager at 5am checkout, discovered amount still overcharged when dealing with mgr
