Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

location is very convenient; lobby, pool and fitness room are great.Bathroom (we had a renovated one) was great as well.
The decor is soooooo old! Makes me depressed! Overall it's too expensive In CAD $ it is close to ---$ / night! Parking is also too expensive. And there was no free access to a computer!

Nice people work there and kid friendly.
It's old an tired and way overpriced. Boring rooms, small and uninspiring. It's passed it's prime and doesn't deserve a luxury rating. Not even close.

It's a good hotel in a great location that NEEDS a remodel. THe rooms are very dated, the towels are worn to the point of threadbare, the carpets are worn and the hallways need painting.

Beautiful classic hotel! Wonderful location. We were upgraded in our room, which gave the 3 of us ample space! We had a wonderful afternoon tea! our waiter, excellent service!

Clean, beautiful, great staff and good food.
The requirement to pay for Internet service on a daily basis takes the experience down a notch or even two.
