Nice breakfast selection.
The hardest bed I have ever slept on.

Overall nice hotel. The breakfast selection was nice. My kids loved the indoor pool. The only bad thing is the bed. We were in room 216, and that bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. It literally felt like we were sleeping on just the foundation without a mattress.

The staff was great!!!!
I did not line that they took and extra 40 dollars off my card when I checked in, they said I would get it back in a day or two and I have yet to see it. I wasn't told anything about that charge and wasn't very happy about it. Still waiting to get it back

The staff was wonderful. So friendly. My daughter loved the H-shaped pool and I loved the hot tub. It was very clean!! Breakfast was delish!
I am not sure if I misread. Or what, but the beds were hard. I have fibromyalgia and am very stiff typically in the mornings, but after I slept on the hard mattress, I could hardly move. My daughter also commented of the hardness when we first arrived.

Great staff, very friendly and happy to meet your needs. Very clean everywhere: lobby, room. pool, and breakfast. Convenient location. Only down side is beds were hard.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. We had a room on the top floor right next to the ice machine. I noticed how sound proof the room was when stepped out and heard all the noice the ice machine makes but we heard nothing when in the room.
Place to eat was very small and didn't offer quite the variety of food we had thought it wood. They had muffins, yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels, and such, which is enough for me, but my husband likes the meat and potatoes kind of breakfast.

We had a top floor room. It was next to the ice machine. Couldn't hear any of the noise from the ice machine. We could look out our window and see planes flying in for landing at he airport. We would only hear them when they put on their reverse thrusts and I only remember hearing one,but then we live close to an airport as well. The room was clean and had a coffee maker, little Pantene shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was the only thing that was a litte dissapointing. The room to eat was very small and full when we went down for breakfast and there was no scrambled eggs, sausage and such. They did have boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, fruit, bagels, english muffins and such. That was all good and we just got our breakfast and went up to our room which was fine. We chose this hotel because it was close to where my son lives in Hermitage. Plus the hotels downtown were going for a rediculous 500.00 a night because of basketball. ...read more
