Solo Traveler
All the reviews I read before our stay were true. The hotel staff were very helpful with directions, information on transportation, dining, and attractions. They held our luggage between check out and our Amtrack departure time, so we could visit Navy Pier. The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast included a variety of items, clean and attractive dining area. We would definitly stay again. ...

Secure, modern, and clean hotel close to many Chicago attractions. If you want to explore the city this is a great location and not too expensive.

I would consider using again if in Chicago but would definitely compare the cost with other hotels more. I've paid less for more. Overall, nice hotel.

A very clean hotel; convenient location - a short walk to most of the places we wanted to see. Helpful staff; provided us with a small fridge as requested. Nice breakfast, - even a few options for a gluten-free diet(cereal, yogurt,fruit, boiled eggs and nice coffee, tea, hot chocolate; my husband enjoyed the waffles and bagels.

Best location, nice and sweet room. But the room is small. The price of valet parking($48) is reasonable, but I wish I could have a lower price for parking.

The hotel was great, my room was right off of the elevators which made it somewhat hard to sleep, hearing the constant opening and closing of the elevator doors.
