Free parking, internet and breakfast. Front desk person was very informative at check-in and helped us with the problem described below. She was unable to change our room however as the hotel was completely booked.
EVERY room is available to pets. Room had a very bad dog odor which was verified by front desk person who provided room air freshener for us to spray. This helped a little but the odor returned later. Trash can was not emptied from previous guest.

Check-in was slow, because only one staff and she was on the phone for quite long time. WHen we checkin, the first room has somebody's luggage and shoes inside. The we changed to second room, but the AC was not working. Horrible experience.

The lobby was furnished nicely, and it was in a great location.
The beds were not that comfortable, I woke up every morning with a backache. The pool was also quite small.

Free wifi.
First, the room layout was bad. I King bed squeezed into a space meant for a smaller bed; could not walk on either side of bed and couldn't fully open closet door. Single elevator went off line for almost 24 hrs. and stair climbs for person w/heart issue

Everything met expectations, clean rooms and lobby, breakfast was sufficient, check-in/out smooth. Fitness room and pool looked nice though not used.
Some mold in bathroom but not a problem.
