There was no soaps on two occasions.

It was very clean and spacious.
I stayed there for many nights, and they never had amenities such as shampoo or razors. Also didn't have oatmeal in the morning.

Good location and plenty of parking.
First room I was assigned had water pooling on the floor. Second room had flying insects coming out of the shower drain. Maintenance sprayed the drain but insects were coming out the next morning. The elevator broke the 2nd night.

The "Breakfast to Go" was understocked my first day. By 6:30 am, a few apples and bananas left. All the pastries were gone. Just a stack of granola bars. Lots of coffee though.

The room smells. Lots of untrained dogs. Breakfast is coffee, Apple and orange. The towels are brown instead of white. Room cleaning is $10 a day.

I don't like it. The residents drink and smoke outside. Loud resident.

The staff are great Yolanda the front desk agent was great so was Stephanie. The staff really known customer service. The manager Rick really helps us out. My husband is disabitity and they really help us. My husband have a emergency they help out
