The room is so small and the staff is not very friendly. We want to take some additional blankets for about five times and no getting it!

Don't advertise breakfast when you really just have free bad coffee and stiff old muffins...

Location was close to freeway.
Did not realize that most guests are living there under a state program. There were people in the hallways with hospital gowns and wheel chairs.. It felt a little like a hospital. There were also a lot of people just hanging around outside. Weird smell.
