this was the worse hotel i have ever stayed at. the bed had bedbugs and my husband and i got bites all over us. When had to go to the hospital when we got home and acquired medical bills due to the bedbugs at the hotel. After the 2nd day i had to check out and go to another hotel. they dont offer any kind of room service and you have to take your old towels down to the front desk to get new ones. the sofa in the room was broken and when you sat on it you fell down into the couch. the couch also had a lot of cigarette holes in it. It was suppose to be a smoke free room however it smelled like smoke very bad. There was suppose to be breakfast every morning until 9:30am, and there was no breakfast one day, and the roomthe breakfast was suppose to be served in was a lottle closet. it didnt have a business office to use a laptop or anything, but they had a available printer that didnt even work. The pool looked horrible, and we dare not swim in it. this was a horrible experience and i will never stay at another extended stay, or book a room through priceline again. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
Althought this is a great hotel room for the price, I was concerned with a few things. The matress on the sofa bed was extremely stained in one area, the sheets on the regular bed had a small stain on it (it was cleaned, but the stain was still visible) and there were two grease stains between the fridge and stove that had been overlooked.

Do not be fooled by the name "Extended Stay". I did not want to stay at this hotel a day longer than my reservation. While it may be OK for a single business traveler, if you use the pull out bed in the "studio" rooms, both beds touch and there is not even enough floor space to put luggage. There is no dresser and only a small (maybe 2 feet wide) closet. They should remove the "kitchen" since it is a 5 foot square area and just leave it as some living area. Location is good, but there are several in the same area that are the same money and much better. ...

It was 3:30pm and the line to check in was almost out the door... check in time was at 3:00!! No rooms were ready, even when I got my room key the lady was still cleaning my room and two others at the same time. When I asked her how much longer, she have me an attitude. I laughed and took my butt to Walmart to get some wine and toothpaste. When I came back I almost tripped over the bed railing from under the bed. It was sticking out and I almost had a heart attack. It was big and spacious but I think I am good on two star hotels now. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
This did not apply to us, but I thought it was odd that the handicap accessible rooms seemed to be the furtherest rooms from the exits, particularily for emergency situations.
