Hotel Guest Reviews of the Atlanta Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great Location, nicely decorated common areas, large outdoor pool, lake view room. Ample parking. Wonderful staff.
Indoor pool was small. Few cable channels available. WiFi not free.

Great location and beautiful area with lake and hiking trail.
Front desk was odd. There was no visible line for check in so anybody can just walk up. Was a little unsettling when one of the front desk girl started to help the people come in after us. Feel like she did it on purpose.

The room had fantastic lake views from the balcony. The public spaces were very well decorated.
Pay wifi at a 3star or better is just greedy. Will never return to this hotel for this reason.

The hotel itself is located in a very secluded location with picturesque views. Depending on your wants this may be good (relaxation) or bad (no nightlife). Meals offered were across the board in cost, so the restaraunt expenses were according to taste.

Location was very good and room service was excellent. Staff was very friendly.
The dinner buffet was not worth the price. It needed more variety and choices. The workout gym was very cramped and small.

It was clean, and located inside of Stone Mtn. The staff was very nice but not all were compentent. We liked the fire pitts, swimming pools, clean rooms and polite staff.
We could not reach the front desk multiple times (rings busy or no answer). The bed was a nice bed when it was new but it was well worn. The hotel made a reservation for dinner with a restaurant which was closed(they never called the restaurant).

Beautiful hotel
Upon check in all they had was a king size bed. I had 2 children with me so they said they could have a roll away sent to the room. Six hours and 3 phone calls later they dropped off 2 pillows and a set of sheets and expected someone to sleep in the floor

Clean comfortable room, beautiful hotel.
The 200 yard hike from the only available parking space to our room, the rude bell-men who were a little too insistent on being tipped, Mormon cult propoganda in the room, $10 for juice and a doughnut breakfast, and $15 per day for wi-fi service.
