Nice sized lobby, and the deluxe room was clean, spacious and well equipped with a very nice view overlooking English Bay on the Pacific Ocean.

This room was a good value for
XXX a night (in October,I don't know if I would want to pay more in a peak season). Underground parking was $15 a night, and although the garage is a bit dank my car was safe all 4 nights it was parked. The location is good, close to the middle of downtown and a short walk to Stanley Park. The front desk clerk when I checked in was extremely nice and very helpful. ...

Wouldn't stay here again. It's old and dated, and there's a lack of attention to detail in the services provided. It was the constant noise of water running through pipes (didn't stop till after 1am) and the lack of the promised wifi that were the main problems for me.

Reception and entrance Foyer are excellent. Everything there was very clean and presentable. I don't know where the room is in your photograph,I never saw anything like that. In our room, there was an ugly rust stain on the ceiling beside the A/C and Heat ventilation unit. The ceiling above the window was dirty. The windows were not clean inside or out. Tiles in the shower needed grout repairs. Housekeeping was excellent, prompt and efficient. Beds were also very comfortable. Clean sheets every 4 days or so, and fresh towels daily. A reasonably good hotel, very much in need of refurbishment but not worth even Priceline prices. ...
