everything
$5 a night parking charge which seems to me a little tacky .

Great location. Next to Moffitt, Busch Gardens and USF. Also, had a shuttle service. The staff was very courteous and accomodating and they were full to capacity.
The beds were average and the a/c didn't cool that well. Children were unsupervised in the elevator. One of the elevators was out of service which was inconvenient.

The breakfast was complimentary and very good. Nice facilities. Refrigerator in the room.

Very nice, clean. Free breakfast that was good. Nice staff. Very luxurious for the money. Huge room. Lovely soaps, lotion, etc (Crabtree and Evelyn!).
It's right on a major highway, so not the best location, although convenient. Have to pay for Internet. And it was slammed with tons of kids for a varsity sports event, so breakfast was kind of bananas, with lots of messes etc, but the food was good.

Open, spacious, very nice, inside and out.

The 2 rooms, evening reception, omelets were good. Front staff was very friendly and always tried to help. Pool was nice when it was clean, not always taken care of though.
Don't like the double beds, not offering free internet, the house keeping was spotty, didn't show up some days or came very late. They should also offer variety from day to day on the breakfast buffet, was not great after 5 days of the same thing.

There was a fire alarm and we had to walk down 5 flights of steps, once we got down, the emergency exit was LOCKED and we couldn't get out! Went back into the hotel and the alarm was cleared but still what good is an emergency exit if you can't get out?

Breakfast was amazing. Omelettes cooked to order, plus many other food choices.
They charge for parking even though your add listed "free parking".

All amenities were great.

No free Internet. That should be a standard commodity.

Employees were 5-star.
Hotel is 2-star. Jumped their prices for the convention that I attended. Very poor value for the price. Was a bit of a rip-off. Smelly room but everything else ok.

Very comfortable room and bed. Very clean, great breakfast (cooked to order and perfect). Very nice people cooking and cleaning at the breakfast.
My hot water in the shower would sometimes turn cold for several seconds.

The parking and wifi were supposed to be free, but that was not the case. Other than that the hotel was great. Convenient to airport and highway. Good central location if you are going in multiple directions during your stay.
