The hotel was in a convenient location near major roads and easy access to the expressway.
The hotel was unsafe as my car was broken into.

Unsavory charters frequented the hotel. Patrons were allowed to use the buffet without shirts. My car was broken into. I would not recommend it.

The staff was very helpful, and the room was very clean. I liked the bedroom's decor and the fact that the room had a fridge included.
The room setup--it's a suite with a door in a public hallway that opens down to a very loud inner courtyard. My room faced the bar, and it was quite noisy and loud. Overall, wasn't a big fan of the inner courtyard.

The room we stayed in dad just been remodeled and except that the outlet for the coffee pot didn't work it was excellent.
Log in people were not helpfull and onlf a few of the staff wanted to help. They acted like we were bothering them. Our maid was the exception she was very good even if she didn't come to clean the room one night until 7:30PM.

They are renovating the hotel rooms and only two of the three elevatore were guests and one was for the workers. This probably put an extra burden on the staff. Only some of the breakfast tables were cleaned after the dishes were removed. The dishes that were to be used by the people that did not have a cooked to order contained food residue that was not removed during the disc washing. Not all of them but you had to go through an least one or two plates to get a clean one. Overall this Embassy Suites wasn't bad if you compare it to a Day's Inn but I have stayed at many other Embassy Suites and all of them were far superior to this one. ...read more

We like the atrium with the fish, ducks and turtles.
The breakfast was not as good as past Embassy Suites we had stayed in but it was ok.

The room was nice, property clean, people kind and courteous. Even though there was construction going on, it was pretty quiet.

Filthy carpets, cabinets literally falling apart, no hand towel rack in bathroom, moldy tub, just nasty.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my life. Hilton should be ashamed of this one. They had a sample board of how the hotel rooms will look after their renovation, but that just seemed to rub in the fact that we were subjected to stay in an an old, dirty, smelly room. I've stayed at Holiday Inns and Best Westerns that looked like the W compared to this place. This was my first time staying at an Embassy Suites and will be my last.
