Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Las Vegas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(1) | Traveling as Couple(5) | Family with Young Children(1) | Family with Teens(2)

The public spaces were very nice and the breakfast was fabulous.
We were put in a smoking room and the smell was awful. They staff would not let use change rooms. They offered to come spray Lysol instead! The room would have been fine if it hadn't smelled so bad.
Nice public spaces and great breakfast. We got stuck in a smoking room and the staff would not let us change rooms. It smelled awful.

The decor & cleanliness
The employee only asked me for room key during happy hour....I did not see or hear her ask any other guests for theirs.
Very Good hotel. I will stay there again.

The swans-Elvis and Priscilla.
Housekeeping changed our towels every day even though we hung them up.
Super! The biggest issue was that their automated wake-up call system woke us up an hour early for the first 3 days of our stay, which was a drag. Also, housekeeping changed our towels every day even though we hung them up. Also, did not replace coffee and cream and we ran out of TP. Otherwise, hotel was perfect for our business stay in LV.

The sofabed & bed were in two different rooms. There was a door separating the rooms.
Pool chairs needed replacement.
