Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Crystal City - National Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

location was a little farther away from restraunts, shopping and Metro station than I thought

the evening reception food consisted of pita chips, hummus and veggies. Thought it would be more food.

Great staff, clean rooms, great breakfast.
Address listed is Jeff Davis Blvd., but actually on S. Eads, so GPS couldn't find location. I rode around lost for too long. Paid to park at motel next door because their parking fee much more reasonable. The mattress on the sleeper was uncomfortable.

Interior design very nice.

- Newly renovated, very modern decor, very clean. - Very nice and helpful room cleaning crew (even gave us extra towels and sheets for the baby). - Out of this world yummy breakfast with cooked-to-order omelets - very nice pool and hot tub
- expensive parking ($27/day). - Carpet in hotel room was sticky from cleaning residue. - Very limited pool opening hours (5-10pm) - Front desk staff not knowledgeable about own policies - no restaurants or grocery stores nearby - no free internet

The pool is very nice but has such limited hours that it is almost impossible to enjoy it. The internet is not included in cost of stay.

The lobby was clean and decorated nicely. Most of the staff very hospitable. The location is convenient to the metro and shopping. Overall, this hotel is a good value for the money.
The shuttle was never timely. Not a big problem, but annoying. The shuttle also didn't transport to ANY location within a 5 mile radius per request. At least, that was what I was told. Some members of the staff could've been more helpful.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the different venues which made getting around very easy. We really appreciated that service. The evening reception exceeded expectations as did the breakfast.
The hotel is a little difficult to find. There are two addresses listed on line which was very confusing.

The location.
Some of the front desk staff were not very polite of friendly. Seems as if they were just there to do their job..nothing more nothing less. The pool staff seemed to want to get off early so toldsome people that the pool was closed prior to the actual time

Had to have my toliet serviced daily.

The morning we checked out. One of the rooms had chewed gum on the sheets. Moled in the felling and wall that you could see and bugs in the bathroom. Any time we pluged something into the bathroom outlit it would spark and short out.
We had to pay for sucre parking $27.00 and they had no space in the garage we parked in a public lot and they did nothing for us about that.

I would not recommend this place to anyone take it off your site it is bring you down!
