Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Denver Southeast
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.December 31, 2012

Nothing wrong with the hotel, it's fine. Will never use priceline again, should have booked directly through the hotel.

Need to be upgraded with modern appliances (microwave, light bulb); bed is fine. Windows let cold air come through the bedroom.

The hotel is older than downtown, but it's nice.

Hotel was conveniently located near major highways and provided easy access to downtown Denver. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Room was recently updated, spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Preferred more firm pillows but that is a personal preference. The free breakfast with made to order omelets was fantastic as well as the manager’s reception in the evening where you were offered free snacks and drinks. Hotel also has free Internet access and computer use in their business office located in the lobby. Fitness center was clean and had everything we needed. Pool water was cold but hot tub was hot and relaxing. We do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant, food was bland and did not taste well. Better off eating at max and eras and getting a better, tasty meal.
