Hotel was fine, will never book with Priceline again. Had a family memeber get ill, we still were put on the hook for the full 6 nights, only stayed 1.
Hotel was fine, Priceline is unethical and is only willing to work with you if you violate someone's personal privacy, will never book with them again

Nothing wrong with the hotel, it's fine. Will never use priceline again, should have booked directly through the hotel.

Happy hour, breakfast.
Older appliances (microwave, old fashion light bulb) windows are very old, let cold air go through. Very cold.

Need to be upgraded with modern appliances (microwave, light bulb); bed is fine. Windows let cold air come through the bedroom.

Central location, quiet, and good food.
No fan in bathroom, no recycling offered in room, lack of trash receptacles in room, thermostat & coffee machine malfunctioned.

The hotel is older than downtown, but it's nice.

Staff was friendly, hotel clean and great breakfast and manager reception.
Pool was cold, lobby became loud at times.

Hotel was conveniently located near major highways and provided easy access to downtown Denver. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Room was recently updated, spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Preferred more firm pillows but that is a personal preference. The free breakfast with made to order omelets was fantastic as well as the manager’s reception in the evening where you were offered free snacks and drinks. Hotel also has free Internet access and computer use in their business office located in the lobby. Fitness center was clean and had everything we needed. Pool water was cold but hot tub was hot and relaxing. We do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant,food was bland and did not taste well. Better off eating at max and eras and getting a better, tasty meal.
