Hotel Guest Reviews of the Element Las Vegas Summerlin

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten. The hotel is clean, dog friendly, & close to Red Rocks park which was awesome for our trip!!

The bed. It was one of the most-comfortable beds I've slept in.
Not at all. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and makes me redefine what I want in my hotel experience.

The location is great, assuming you aren't wanting to stay on the strip. It's a stone's throw from the 215, which will lead you anywhere in the city. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has a very modern, sleek look and fits nicely into the Summerlin neighborhood. My room, which I believe to be just their standard room, was outstanding. It's large, with a full sink, mini fridge, and microwave. There is a "desk" running the length of the wall, a flat screen TV, and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The shower (always a point of contention when traveling) was perfect. Great water pressure, not too touchy on the hot water, and a separate hand-held sprayer for getting extra clean! Without hyperbole, this is one of the best hotel experiences I've had anywhere... let alone Las Vegas. The Element has become my first choice hotel in Vegas now. ...read more

Loved the overall look and cleanness of the hotel.
The pool is a bit small.

The overall look of the hotel is great. Couple of miles away from the strip but was no big deal for me. The staff was great the whole time I was there. The free breakfast buffet was awesome, delicious and much variety to choose from. The room was small yet offered what I needed. The kitchenette has a microwave, dish washer, toaster, hot table, utensils and plates. The bed was big, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great, no complaints here. Also loved their hybrid parking, never seen that before. the only niche I can think of is the pool, it's rather small but not a huge deal. ...read more

The location was great! Away from the strip and no smoking.
Parents allowed children to run and scream in hallway one morning which woke us. Hotel management promptly addressed which was appreciated.

The hotel is well maintained, away from the strip, and no smoking. Location is perfect. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Workout Facilities and rooms are very well equipped. Hotel staff were cordial and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay and will use The Element as our hotel of choice.

It was clean, comfortable, friendly, professional, good ambiance/design.
I could hear a small dog barking in a bedroom across the hall way. I faced a huge dog in the hall, scary...

Staff were nice and helpful. Quiet location. I like the free wireless internet and free breakfast. Good office desk and comfy office chair. The hotel should offer a limited shuttle service between downtown and the hotel as the location is far from public transit or from the free shuttle from the Red Rock Hotel. The pet size allowed should be limited and contained to a specific part of the hotel. ...read more

The space was small, but nice to look at with minimalistic design and functionality.
The room we stayed in was near the freeway so it was a bit loud at night.

Apart from noise problems, this hotel was clean and well designed. The breakfast was free and fantastic; the internet was free and had decent speed; the aforementioned noise problems were that our room was near the freeway, which was moderately loud. The cleaning staff got an early start on the floor above us at 7am, which sounded like someone rearranging their furniture above us. ...read more

Location near 215 and Red Rock Canyon were perfect for my non-business needs, as well.

Friendly helpful staff who were conscientious. Kitchen and space a real asset in my stay.
A table to eat at would have have been nice.

A good place to stay in Summerlin, Las Vagas. Close to some excellent golf courses and the Red Rock Casino. Adjacent to Highway 215 for travel to other parts of Las Vegas. Even though it is next to the highway there was no noticeable noise in the room. The kitchen was well supplied with a dishwasher, stove top, microwave a large freezer and refrigerator. Utensils were provided along with nice tumbler glasses (no wine glasses). ...read more
