Hotel Guest Reviews of the Element Las Vegas Summerlin
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The location is great, assuming you aren't wanting to stay on the strip. It's a stone's throw from the 215, which will lead you anywhere in the city. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has a very modern, sleek look and fits nicely into the Summerlin neighborhood.
My room, which I believe to be just their standard room, was outstanding. It's large, with a full sink, mini fridge, and microwave. There is a "desk" running the length of the wall, a flat screen TV, and a wonderfully comfortable bed.
The shower (always a point of contention when traveling) was perfect. Great water pressure, not too touchy on the hot water, and a separate hand-held sprayer for getting extra clean!
Without hyperbole, this is one of the best hotel experiences I've had anywhere... let alone Las Vegas. The Element has become my first choice hotel in Vegas now. ...

The overall look of the hotel is great. Couple of miles away from the strip but was no big deal for me. The staff was great the whole time I was there. The free breakfast buffet was awesome, delicious and much variety to choose from. The room was small yet offered what I needed. The kitchenette has a microwave, dish washer, toaster, hot table, utensils and plates. The bed was big, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great, no complaints here. Also loved their hybrid parking, never seen that before. the only niche I can think of is the pool, it's rather small but not a huge deal. ...

The hotel is well maintained, away from the strip, and no smoking. Location is perfect. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Workout Facilities and rooms are very well equipped. Hotel staff were cordial and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay and will use The Element as our hotel of choice.

Staff were nice and helpful. Quiet location. I like the free wireless internet and free breakfast. Good office desk and comfy office chair. The hotel should offer a limited shuttle service between downtown and the hotel as the location is far from public transit or from the free shuttle from the Red Rock Hotel. The pet size allowed should be limited and contained to a specific part of the hotel. ...

Apart from noise problems, this hotel was clean and well designed. The breakfast was free and fantastic; the internet was free and had decent speed; the aforementioned noise problems were that our room was near the freeway, which was moderately loud. The cleaning staff got an early start on the floor above us at 7am, which sounded like someone rearranging their furniture above us. ...

A good place to stay in Summerlin, Las Vagas. Close to some excellent golf courses and the Red Rock Casino. Adjacent to Highway 215 for travel to other parts of Las Vegas. Even though it is next to the highway there was no noticeable noise in the room. The kitchen was well supplied with a dishwasher, stove top, microwave a large freezer and refrigerator. Utensils were provided along with nice tumbler glasses (no wine glasses). ...

This hotel was clean and quite. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was very good. It is well worth the money.
