Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. Golf was reasonable and the course was great. Fairways were fast. Pretty course.
Food prices high.

There was so much for my kids (boys ages 11 and 14) to do. They were even able to navigate the hotel by themselves.
The hotel still needs more renovation. Work was done but still seems dated. The wifi needs improving as well.

the view is amazing and the water is crystal clear and much better then by the old san juan.
service is horrible. i can't even believe that the name waldorf is associated with it. very busy and food is horrible. only good food is at chops. blossom is nasty food. food by beach got me sick and limited menu. the ferry broke, can go on for hrs.

This resort was amazing! The property is gorgeous and the view from my Las Olas room incredibl. The restaurants are terrific and I love that you take the ferry to Palomino Island--private beach island.Staff=the friendliest.I would come back in a heartbeat
The property itself & lobby are gorgeous. The actual room buildings could use a paint job. It looks a little dingy in spots. My room didn't WOW me at first, but it was very clean, simple decor, comfy bed, large bath & the view/balcon more than made up for it.

Food was great but very expensive for a family, no meal plan!

Great location, nice private beach, great view, big tv, nice pools, good selection of shops, good room size.
Outdated room, photos from website aren't what you get. Bathroom smelled heavily of mildew, mini fridge cool, not cold. Pillows very uncomfortable, minimal plug-ins, stains on carpet, furniture, walls. Cost of food and drink. Door wouldn't close.
