Hotel Guest Reviews of the Eiffel Seine

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

You can't beat the location! 1 minute walk to Seinne, 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, 35 minute walk to museums, Arc, etc. Also, the room was quite clean with excellent daily maid service.
The room was tiny!!! Just barely fit the double bed, two night stands and dresser. We were tripping over our luggage as there was little open floor space. We also found the desk staff a mixed bag. Communication wasn't a barrier, just not so friendly.

For the price, you can't beat the location. But that should be the driving purpose in staying here. It's clean, well kept, and close to the major sites. We walked everywhere, so some walks were as much as an hour, but it didn't bother us. The subway (RER) is quite close and a taxi stand is around the corner. We also found good food quite closeby, touristy though they may be. Try the crepperie 2 doors up the street and the pizza at the corner brasserie/cafe. If you're up for a walk, there are non-touristy fruit, patisseries, brasseries and cafes within 20 minute walk (Rue De L'Universitie). Back to the hotel. We found the desk staff communication wasn't an issue but they were a bit more abrupt than we found when out and about - the French are typically quite kind and helpful. Not sure why the hotel staff was the exception. But we got what we needed. We did not try the petite dejeuner, choosing instead to find elsewhere. One last note - bring your own shampoo if you can. They only provide a very watery "total body" soap of sorts. ...read more

It was in a great location right next to the Eiffel Tower.
It's Paris, but the room was awfully small.

All in all it was a pretty good experience, especially for the price. I have stayed in many hotels in Paris and this was one of the better ones, albeit the smallest room I have stayed in.

Good location, very clean, and spacious bathroom.
Small, cramped room/very small, and cramped elevator.

Overall, the Eiffel Seine was a good place to stay for a short trip in Paris. It is very close to the Eiffel tower, about two blocks away. It's right across from the RER station making for easy transits. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and had many amenities for your comfort. When we arrived (early in morning) we were told the hotel had no rooms with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We were very disappointed in that miscommunication. The rooms are also very small, but beautifully decorated. ...read more

Hotel very nicely located to metro, Seine, Tour Eiffel. The room was very quite, especially for one facing the street directly across from the metro station. The hotel staff was very pleasant, warm and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again.
