Family Traveling with Young Children
We are a blended family of 7, only staying one night at this hotel. We have 2 adults and 5 children that range in age from 8-13 yrs old. When we arrived at the hotel the staff asked how maby were in our group. We stated, 7. The lady behind the counter huffed at our answer and seemed to be disgusted. After we checked into our room, we asked our 13 yr old to go and ask for 4 towels so everyone could take a shower. The staff told her that they didn't have any because they were still doing laundry so our showers had to wait. After dinner that night, we again sent our 13 yr old to ask for towels since there was a reasonable amount of time that had passed. They stated that they could only give her two because they weren't going to walk to the laundry room to give us anymore. Needless to say we had to share towels to be able to dry off after our showers. (Not very hygienic if you ask me). We brought beds for the two oldest to sleep on so sleeping arrangements were not a problem for us. We just don't understand why they had the attitudes that they had because there were 7 of us. We didn't receive this kind of treatment anywhere else but here. We were very dissatisfied with their customer service. ...

The staff was indifferent resolving our complaint and stated that this the normal condition of the hotel. We think this hotel should be closed down due to pest infestation.

I will not book another room with Econo Lodge! Outside, the hotel needs a good cleanup, cut the grass, remove debris at the sides and rear of the hotel.
