Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Family Traveling with Young Children
sits in a very busy area but good restaurants and safety abound and everything was very homey and friendly

The hotel was a great value. The room was clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

If you are desperate for a cheap room, and willing to make sacrifices, then this is your place. Not too dangerous. Cop I'd parking lot helps, kinda. Room was old and dated. Free internet is only good if it's not down. I was told the entire night it would be up soon, but they never fixed it. Out in whole hotel apparently. Housekeeping rude and pushy to get you out. Breakfast was cleaned up before end of published time frame. But yeah, room was cheap. ...

Right by interstate exit. Plenty of eating places around motel. Locations was perfect for us.

Much farther from the airport than expected. States they have free parking for airport people and shuttle service, but you really have to pay $15. In a grey sketchy area. Rooms were disgusting. Our rooms window was broken.

The location was sufficient for a quick one night layover. The public areas are in need of renovation, the carpets/tiles/flooring are stained and old. If it were a longer stay I would have chosen a hotel that had more recently been renovated. My experience was what I expected for a two star hotel at the airport. Nothing notably negative and nothing notably positive, just basic and old. ...

It was so close to the freeway and had such poor insulation that I could hear each passing car ALL.NIGHT.LONG.I felt very insecure about the location and felt I had to continually look behind me to ensure no one was about to jump me. The staff was less than helpful. The TV was old and so loud when barely turned up that I had to just turn it off so as not to disturb those around me. Just felt dirty and was old. I got put into a handicap room for some reason and was told I could not switch to a more accessible room because of that. 2 thumbs down! ...

The hotel was nice. It could use some updating in the rooms and hallways. Cleaner ice machines would be nice and need refrigerator s in every room. Especially all the king rooms.
