Overall, exceeded expectations for a one-star hotel. Convenient location right off interstate. Very polite staff. Hotel is dated but everything in the room was in good working condition and clean.

As i do every time i walk into a hotel room after check in, i look in all the drawers / bathroom / towels / linens / etc. and i found someone else's shorts in the drawer that were not mine. I was missing a hanger. The refrigerator control knob was missing. The complimentary note pad was used and was not a new unused note pad. The ice bucket did not have a plastic liner. And biggest of all, there was unidentifiable stains on all the "clean" towels & linens. However, the hotel staff worked very diligently to make all these concerns right to both notate all these so when the bill comes around, so i do not get charged for everything i have listed above. The staff also was very courteous and understanding about my concerns about the missing items and the "clean" towels & linens. The complimentary breakfast was not one to boast about, but it was nice to sit down and have a toasted bagel with cream cheese and coffee. I was tempted to go out to eat for breakfast, but this was just fine. The free Wi-Fi internet was not super fast but it was nice to have a wireless connection to check emails / etc. Local dining was great at a new Chinese restaurant i tried at Dragon Kitchen. Plenty of great buffet items and for children they have a cotton candy machine as a bonus treat. The hot tea was incredible and they will give you a refill of hot water [but no new tea bag] for free. And of course, when in Jefferson City, Missouri you have to make a stop at Central Dairy. I always have their strawberry shake, but you can not go wrong with anything they have. They now accept credit/debit [over $5], but i have learned to only bring cash when going to Central Dairy. My large shake was $5 even and very delicious for the ride home. Over all, i would rate this stay as a 4 out of 10. If the linens / towels were not stained, i would have rated 10 out of 10. Please re-train your housekeeping staff and burn the stained linens and towels for your guests sake. ...

We were in Jeff City for two nights to attend the Missouri State Track & Field event at Lincoln University. The hotel/motel was located 10 minutes away from the stadium ... perfect. I am in a wheel chair and requested a handicap friendly room. Our room was spacious enough that I could get to everything in my wheel chair. The bathroom was well equipped with all the necessary equipment for me to use the toilet, use a bench when I took a shower, and perfect height at the wash basin. We plan to return to this hotel next year when we attend the State T&F meet. ...
