They let me check in early.
The breakfast had no fresh fruits or veggies. I eat vegan, and I had no breakfast option beside orange juice or coffee.

Door "D" was supposed to be locked at 10 PM. We returned from a wedding close to 2AM and the door was unlocked- did not make me feel safe.

Just off interstate, but also near our destination in town.
No healthy options at breakfast. Staff did not respond to our request for towels. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke and had a cigarette burn in the blanket.

The price for a hotel in Menomonie was great.
The hallways smelled bad, the pool area was VERY poorly lit at night, the continental breakfast ends @ 9:30 even on Sunday and they start taking things away at 9:30 even if guests are still having breakfast.

The price for the hotel was great, but the hotel itself is very dated. The beds are fairly comfortable, and the rooms fairly large and relatively clean. Many of the hallways smelled badly and the pool area was very poorly lit. That being said the pool area is fairly large and the pool is much larger than many of the newer hotels. The candy purchased out of the vending machines was stale - we purchased about 5 different kinds and it was all stale. The continental breakfast had several options including waffles, cereal, toast, muffins, juice, milk, and coffee. It is served until 9:30 am and they mean 9:30 am. There were several guests still eating at that time, but they began taking cereal, waffle mix away at 9:30. I guess you get what you pay for. more

I liked nothing. This place was horrible. We contemplated leaving but our little ones wanted to swim. Very disappointed with Priceline for booking this motel.
The rooms were crummy. The walls were partial painted. The beds were very uncomfortable. A half full bottle of shampoo was left in one of the showers. There was so much dust on the furniture you could blow if off. The bottom of the pool was a mess.

I would never stay at this hotel. It was awful! I am not a picky person and I understand you get what you pay for but you could not pay me to stay here again.

convenient to businneses
OLD beds that were very soft and uncomfortable. Thank goodness we brought our own pillows. The pillows were cheap, old and flat. The neighboring room had the TV on all night and we could hear it over our in wall air conditioning. It needs serious updating

The motel probably meets the cares and concerns of a cheap business travelers. I really felt like we paid full price for a cheap hotel :( I will be more cautious on Priceline. If you check my records with Priceline, I use them all the time over the years, The first time that I felt I did not get what I thought I would get. Just a disappointment by your standards.

convenient location
mattress was lumpy noisy

This hotel was conveniently located for our needs. We checked in about 10 p.m. and there was only one person on staff. There had been a malfunction of door mechanism that emitted a very offensive odor and she was unable to attend to it due to lack of staff. The check-in clerk issued several keys because they had had computer difficulties and keys were not working consistently. Breakfast was a minimal affair. The regular coffee was out by 8 a.m and only one person at desk to take care of it and check out guests. more

The staff when I checked in was friendly and helpful. I liked the location to the highway we were traveling.
The room was filthy. I was lied to about the size of beds I would be getting. Could hear people talking in next room and in hallway. Pool went from three feet to five feet to four feet. Morning staff not very helpful. Again, room was disgusting!

Don't stay here! Room was disgusting! There was hair and dead bugs in the tub, mold and mildew on the bathroom floor, and garbage behind the dresser. Called hotel after reservation booked through priceline and was lied to about bed size- was told we'd have two queens and had two doubles instead. A/C didn't cool the room. The pool was dirty as was the hot tub. Never got receipt for trip as printer at desk wasn't working. Morning staff was not helpful in providing seating for breakfast, ate in lobby with toddlers sitting on floor over carpet. You could hear people talking at a normal level next door, hear their television, and hear people as they passed by the room in the hall. The place had stains on the carpet, chips in paint throughout the building, and even the sheets were stained. Personally, I will never be staying at this hotel or this chain again. Disgusting! more
