Hotel owners appeared shady. Wouldn't produce receipt for just one night's stay to verify they didn't submit two nights to Priceline. After calling Priceline's customer service, I learned they did in fact double charge. I gave 24 hour notice canceling out on 2-16 for 2-17 stay due to inclement weather. Stayed just 2-18. My cell phone logs can verify that call, plus I stayed with friends on the road 2-17. ...

Old- needs to be updated. Bathroom was very small. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes, even the non-smoking rooms.
