Hotel Guest Reviews of the Drury Inn & Suites Louisville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Safe neighborhood with very secure fenced parking lot. Fun indoor/outdoor pool. Enjoyed the AM & PM food served. Large bathroom with great water pressure.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. Not enough attention to detail by the cleaning staff. Maid left a used washcloth on the shower curtain rod and there was hair in the tub. Would be better to have Queen sized beds instead of double beds.

Excellent hotel for the price and amenities offered. I felt safe and secure as a woman traveling alone with my daughter. The beds & pillows were comfy and the rooms seemed very sound-proof. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the foods served between 5:30pm-7pm allowed us to have a meal without leaving the hotel after a long day of traveling.

My husband and I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! Our room was very comfortable and clean. The free parking, free wifi, and free breakfast was very nice, it's frustrating when you pay so much for a hotel and then still have to pay for parking and breakfast. We were surprised to see all the food they had for free in the evenings, it wasn't just breakfast, not many hotels do that. Breakfast was really good too. The only thing we thought was a little weird was that they require someone from the front desk to open the door to the pool area for you, but they were really nice about it, it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay here again! ...read more

Priceline led me to believe I was getting a suite and it was not.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Priceline led me to believe I was getting suite accomodations but that was not the case.

All staff members were cheery and polite, and room was clean and complete with everything we needed!

This is by far the nicest pet-friendly hotel we've ever stayed in. Environment was great--staff was incredibly friendly, and rooms were clean! Had everything we needed for a fun night out in Louisville, and really made it great when we could bring our leftovers back to the fridge/freezer and microwave! Great location and great price, so I would definitely recommend for anyone--with or without pets. ...read more

The staff was very friendly, the rooms included a microwave and fridge as well as a great hot breakfast!

My husband and i do very little traveling and when we do we like to find just the right hotel. This was our first stay with the Drury Inn and Suites. This is by far the best stay we have ever had at a hotel. The staff was so helpful and kind. The hotel has a kickback evening where you can enjoy light snacks and refreshments in the evening for FREE as well as a FREE hot breakfast! The rooms were so clean and comfortable. We will for sure be staying with the Drury Inn again! ...read more

The room was large and well-appointed with a good, controllable HVAC system for my personal comfort and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep!
The location is difficult to access, unfortunately, due to one-way drives, the frontage road, etc.

Actually getting to the hotel is a challenge, especially if you don't know the area; you can see it clearly from the main thoroughfares, but the access is convoluted, to say the least. But once you're there, it is a comfortable, modern place to stay. The room was large and well-appointed, the bed was very comfortable, I liked that I could control the heating/air conditioning without any fuss, and the hot breakfast downstairs in the lobby in the morning was hot, tasty and good with respect to the variety of options, as well. ...read more

The room was a great size and everything there made me feel like i was staying in a much more expensive hotel.
the connecting room's guest had a dog that was barking the first night until 11 pm.

it was located about 15 minutes away from down town, but was also int he middle of the surrounding attractions. We were able to easily get to the shopping centers, travel attractions and Restaurants. Overall the hotel was a great place to relax after a busy weekend.
