Room, pool, and workout area were as nice as I would expect given the user rating for this hotel.
This hotel did not serve a breakfast like most other hotels of this caliber include. The hotel restaurant was very expensive for the amount of food ordered so we chose not to eat there.

No breakfast was a huge disappointment. Also the hotel charges for Internet access unless you are a customer with AT&T. The room, workout room, and pool areas were all very nice.

great rooms and helpful staff.
I wish that they had a free continental breakfast and wish that I had known that they were going to hold 51 dollars for a debit card and that the local phone calls were 1 dollar each . We also disliked that we would have had to pay 12 dollars for wi fi.

Although the outside of the hotel looks like something from the 1970s, the inside is very nicely updated and modern including the rooms; Located next to CVG terminal is a plus.
Some of the staff need improved customer service (e.g. losing my laundry & not following up with a call, staff in dining room more focused on chatting than on guests needing water and follow-up, some front desk clerks surly at times.

Nicely updated hotel within almost walking distance to the airport terminals. Comfortable room and bed.

Doubletree has a reputation for attending to the smallest details of a guests stay, and they did not disappoint. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the beds - perfect! Doubletree has beds that are comfortable the first night - no adjusting needed.
The only thing I could have wished for is a small refrigerator in the room.

Beautifully appointed. The hotel is next to the airport, and close to downtown Cincinnati - very convenient! Doubletree has the most comfortable beds and linens - just like home - and the warm cookies are always a welcome treat! The warm cookie fragrance permeates the whole first floor of the hotel - very welcoming! The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
Access to wifi was confusing. I wasn't able to access free wifi in the room or common areas. The hotel's website advertised access to free wifi.

The location of the hotel is convenient and easy to get to. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodation. My only complaint is that free wifi was not available. I called the front desk as was told free wifi was available in the common areas but I was not able to access it. I wish I had known that they had gotten rid of the jacuzzi. We went there solely for the use of the jacuzzi which was noted on their brochure. It was too late to find another hotel cause we had paid Priceline. So upsetting
