Do not book a room here. You'll be sorry. The staff is deceitful, the building is falling apart and it has numerous fire code violations, missing hoses, extinguishers that are empty and they refused to accept my priceline hotel reservation and made me be on the street and didn't care about it. I've been waiting 5 days to get my money back. The Food and Beverage manager pretended to be an area manager and did the dirty work that Michael couldn't do himself and look me in the eye. These people and their crappy hotel suck and I will see to it that they never get any serious business in this city again. They have screwed the wrong person. Mercedes will lie to you in a heartbeat too. They are almost all dishonest. Also, don't tell them you drove there, otherwise you'll be paying $30 a night more, because mandatory valet will be instituted. The guy who played manager the night before was the valet the next day. They pencil in their title for the day! The free chocolate chip cookies won't make up for being ripped off or coming home with a suitcase of bed bugs from their filthy hotel. PRICELINE: IF YOU EVER PUT ME IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN I'LL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN - I STRESSED I NEVER WANTED TO BE STUCK HERE THE LAST TIME I GOT IT 2 MONTHS AGO, THEN HERE I AM AGAIN - THIS IS A 2 STAR HOTEL AT BEST ...

The Hotel was under construction and remodeling, had almost no Lobby and front desk was about a meter long. Very uncomfortable. Fresh paint everywhere. I think they should have closed for remodel. Maybe later it will be good, but now I do not recommend it to anyone. The location is very good, near the Centennial Olimpic Park and other major attractions. The attention of the staff was pretty good ...

The hotel was dirty. I had to clean the bathroom myself. The valet or what they called valet was not valet services at all. People had to wait for over 35min to get their car...I waited 40min and finally the nice young lady at the front desk went and got my car personally. I would not recommend this hotel at this point. They are making some changes, and changes are needed. The rooms are old and smell of mold, there is no customer service, but with new changes I hope comes new attitudes. This place has the ability to be better, but they not only need to remodel the building, but the staff as well. ...

As others have said, there is no parking at the hotel, only valet. However, there are several public pay lots very close. Also, the nearby streets are currently under construction as part of the new tram line. You can see numerous other hotels from this hotel, and I would stay in one of them if I could do it again. They are either nicer (no construction!) or cheaper for the same quality ...
