Hotel Guest Reviews of the Discovery LodgeOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Based on pictures and reviews on another site, I knew this was going to be quaint and rustic, which is fine - but this was too rundown. It could be awesome with some updates, without changing the quaint and rustic feel. The room is too small for more than one person. If one person moved, the other person had to stay still and out of the other person's way. Our room was right by the road, making it very noisy. Since there wasn't any AC having the windows open was a must, which made it even noisier. Thankfully they provide a box fan so that helped somewhat. The bathroom was updated and clean. Thankfully they added a shelf above the toilet because with a pedestal sink it would've been a real challenge to do anything besides wash your hands. They provide a small refrigerator which worked very well. This could be an outstanding motel - hopefully they'll make some improvements. ...
