The location was great -- but the hotel did not earn the star rating it advertises.
The hotel was a disappointment. The balcony was closed off as unsafe, and the room is looking aged. The first floor food court was closed and the alternatives were not acceptable. The hotel did not live up to its star rating.

My husband and I enjoyed out stay very much! Beautiful location downtown, close to all the nice shops and restaurants. I loved the adult pool on the 27th floor and the sauna was heavenly! Pool area and showers were very clean and the staff was great.
Wonderful hotel in downtown Toronto. Close to all shops, the eaton centre, the university on toronto. Very clean hotel, wonderful adult pool om 27th floor with sauna. Comfortable rooms and the bed was divine!

Where is was located.
There were stains on the carpet and sheets and the "deluxe" room was still really small.
Overall a decent hotel. I expected it to be a bit nicer. There were stains on the carpet and floor. I also upgraded to a deluxe room with the king bed, but it was still extremely small. The good thing is the location, and the staff is friendly.

The pool areas are not well designed for the age group of our child (14). He didn't want to go to the kiddy pool and was not allowed to go to the adult pool. He was disappointed and we felt bad for him.
The location is great and the rooms are clean. The staff is not super welcoming or friendly. The pool areas are only catered to children under 8 and adults over 19. If you have a child between 9-18, you may want to rethink your stay... They most likely will not want to swim in the kiddy pool.

local phone calls and parking fee too expensive, floor and towel were not cleans, they didn't turn on the heater even the weather was cold, I asked for the heater but they said it has been very warm recently so the heater is not on, it was cold that day.
