Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Sea World-Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location to Marine base.
The layout which required one to leave the building your room was located in to get to another part of the hotel across the street.

Very spacious room. Clean and serviced promptly. Common areas were very nice with tropical plants and gardens. It was quiet and restful. It is perfectly located near the beaches, point Loma and the Embarcadero. Shopping across the street including Starbuc
Parking spaces were very small. They fit a Honda Civic well but not a full sized SUV. Common for the area.

free breakfast
room has unpleasant smell (it¿s possibly a smoking room which I don¿t like)

This hotel has very good location: 30min bus from airport, 15min walk to Old Town transit center. There¿re lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Check-in takes 10 minutes due to room shortage. Check-out is very fast. Room has unpleasant smell. One of the towels is not clean. Free breakfast has egg & pancake, muffins, apples, KELLOGG cereals. No milk or juice. Coffee machine is available in guestrooms. Free wireless Internet is relatively slow, and has been down for 5 hours during midnight. ...read more

Breakfast was decent. In the heart of Point Loma.
Where to begin...rude front desk attendant (male), broken furniture, 12" TV screen, caved-in bed, noise, homeless people in the trash, smokers everywhere.

Absolutely horrified. I was woken up at midnight by my car alarm from someone who tried to break in. Noise from the strip club next door kept going until 3:00am. Scared to leave my own stuff in the room because the sliding glass door had a broken lock. The place is old falling apart. It smells of cigarettes and beer.

The room was very nice for the price. Clean and comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff.
This hotel met all my needs

If you like a hotel that is clean, quiet, well maintained, close to shopping and a friendly staff this is a good place to stay. Not a resort but everything a traveler needs to enjoy their stay.

Convenient location.
I expected a bit of revelry during the night since it was New Year's Eve, but became concerned for safety when door pounding and yelling ensued. I did not report it to the front desk so I can't say that they wouldn't have dealt with the issue
