Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Old Saybrook Ct

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Clean comfortable room with all the essentials. Breakfast included eggs, meat and waffles, in addition to continental items. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location - Very close to a major wedding venue (Water's Edge). Not too far off of 95, and easy to find convenient stores.
Rooms are kind of dark & outdated.

Helpful staff. Great recommendation for dinner
Hotel is very old, musty odor, walls needed painting, looked like something from the 1950's. Beds small and hard as rocks

Stay at a different location/hotel

The staff was very friendly, the location was good.
The room smelled of stale cigarettes.

This is a cheap, roadside motel. Good for the price, if you can stand the smell of stale cigarettes in your non-smoking room.

The location was quick and easy tot he highway.
The continental breakfast was terrible. The bagels were moldy and there was not a good selection of options.

Everything worked. It had a flat screen TV. Working heater.
Rather modain room. Public room was inadaquate.
