Room was dirty, sheets stained, pillow cases stained! You can hear everything in the hallways into your room. It looked as if some people were permanently residing in hotel.

Good windows (good soundproofing despite very busy street and highway directly outside). Free breakfast.
People smoke in halls, elevator, public spaces. Looks on a map like it's very convenient to transit, but the closest subway (the 7) is up five flights of stairs with no elevator, and next closest are all a very industrial walk away along a highway.

The rooms were much smaller than expected, the common areas were very dirty (food and garbage in the stairwells our whole stay). When we turned on heater it set off the fire alarm. Parking first come first served which was inconvenient for late check in.

Location was half decent. Pretty close to the subway but very difficult to get to if you're driving during rush hour.

The price was the best feature. Check in and check out were hassle free.
The non-smoking room was non-smoking in name only. I could smell cigarette smoke before even opening the door to the room. There was even a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. It really ruined the overall experience.
