On Wednesday, I was stuck in the hotel until 5 pm, and couldn't even find any Movies on Demand to watch. (Seriously, what hotel these days doesn't have any MOD? Those were common even in the 1980s!) The remote suggested a lot of tantalizing options, such as Netflix, Hulu and Pandora, but I apparently needed a second remote to enter the information on the screen. When I called the front desk, I was told that this room didn't have such a remote and that there were no spare remotes available. When I checked out, I was informed that all I had to do next time was to request a room with the second remote, and that they would change it for me. Considering that I wasn't able to change my room from a smoking to a non-smoking room, I had no reason to suspect that such an upgrade would be possible. I don't see why the room itself should make any difference, either. The TV was clearly set up for all the options I described above, which begs the question: Why not simply have spare remotes on hand for people who want to upgrade? I would have gladly paid the extra amount to avoid the skull-crushing boredom I instead had to endure that day. In terms of all the other criteria mentioned -- the cleanliness of the room and the public spaces, the staff, and the location relative to where I needed to go -- the hotel was excellent. ...

All around not a bad place but not worth the full price. I got express deal for
XXX a night. When I told them I would be back every week for three months they said the cheapest they could go was XXX. Not worth that price to stay there. There are a lot of choices in the area to stay at.
