fridge, microwave, pool, breakfast
pool was cold, room keys didn't work sometimes

I really liked that the room had a fridge and microwave in the room. Also we enjoyed the fact that there was plenty of room to put our suitcases and all of the baby's things. The pool and hot tub were nice but rather crowded when we went and the pool was really cold. I don't think it is possible that it was heated. We still enjoyed it however. The keys didn't work correctly in all the doors especially the one to get in to the hotel on the side. The breakfast was pretty good and they did have some choices of different things. I was pleasantly surprised. Also the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Connie (I think that was her name). She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall we did have a very pleasant stay! more

Nearly everything was in good shape and worked well.
The bathroom sink faucet was really hard to lift to turn on the water.

Value. Nice large room with a king for a reasonable price.
My research before selecting this hotel indicated there were pretty bad staffing issues. I definitely saw signs of this, but not to the level others did. Apparently the staff is trying to improve.

I would stay here again for the same price. For the sign about wiping your shoes when entering (on the middle door by the vending machines, there is only one "d" in mud. The pool looked very nice and I regret not having had time to use it on the trip.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Huge TV, microwave and refridgerator. Comfortable beds and clean. Wasn't expecting alot being a Days Inn, but was more than satisfied. Would stay there again in a second if we are there again.
Everything was great!

Nice hotel. Was more than expected and very clean! Very happy!!

The receptionist
was the most unpleasant person I have dealt with in years.
There's not much choice in thenHillsdale area but I will never stay here again.

Stay in Jonesville or the Hillsdale College Dow Center.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and fillinG. Location is good, near everything, felt safe.
The shampoo isn't very good. conditioner would be nice!

The hotel was great! check in was smooth and quick. We got a king room, number 123. It was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The beds were soft and the pillows big and fluffy. wifi worked great. Shower was nice and hot. bring your own shampoo & conditioner, like many hotels, theirs are not very good. We slept great, it was quiet! Breakfast was good and filling. They had biscuits and gravy(really good), waffles, breads, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juices, and coffee. We did not get to use the pool. I would imagine it was nice and warm because there was always people in it! Chech out was quick and painless! more

The breakfast in the morning has improved greatly from previous stay
The semi truck parked outside my room that started up every hour or so to run for 5 minutes was quite distracting to my sleep. The room was clean, but smelled Like a wet dog.

I stay here every year during December for hunting. Its in a convenient location, and the aren't a lot of choices in the area. The staff is always nice, the breakfast is good for free continental-style breakfast. The rooms and the sheets are clean, however, it did smell of a wet dog musty smell. There is always construction crews staying here, which is fine, but for god sakes would they please park the trucks somewhere further away so u don't have to listen to them running so early in the morning when warming up. There were semi trucks parked in the lot overnight as well, which created parking issues, besides the refrigerator truck starting up and shutting down all night. more

Rooms were dirty.

This is quite possibly the worst hotel I have stayed at. It was dirty. The rooms were small and dark. I was concerned about finding things crawling in the beds. Paint was peeling on the walls. A completly unpleasant stay.
