Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Ft Campbell

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location is the only thing I liked.
The hotel staff were very unprofessional and rude. It is hard to resolve issues when the manager doesn't speak English that great and gets frustrated when asking him to repeat himself because you didn't understand.

Be prepared to have a bad time getting something resolved here should any issues arise.

The hotel had a great location. The breakfast was good.
The room smelled like a wet animal and there was hair left in the sink.

Book through priceline.com to get the best price. Don't expect anything outstanding about the rooms but they are adequate for a one or two-night stay.

The rooms were nice, and clean.
The breakfast was really awful. There was only powdered cream for the coffee and the food was really quit unpleasant.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

The room was clean and neat when we got there, it was very close to Ft. Campbell, which is what we needed. It also was close to shopping and restaurants. very good for a first time experience there, we would certainly use those facilities again if needed.
There was nothing that we could complain about, about the hotel, or the service we received there.

We give the hotel a 10 out of 10 rating

The hotel was very convenient to the interstate, our room was very clean (appeared to be recently updated), and the staff was very pleasant. We could not have asked for more.
We were both very comfortable and could not find a thing to complain about.

We traveled to Kentucky for a funeral. We ended up staying in Oak Grove rather than Hopkinsville because the rates were so much cheaper. I originally only booked two nights because I didn't know what we were getting ourselves into because of the rates being so low. However, when we checked in we were pleasently suprised to find a very clean room and friendly staff. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Hopkinsville. ...read more

Great locaation, good price, we got what we paid for. The furniture was damaged and the mini frige was on the verge of a break down. But over all great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Id stay again
Breakfast was poor but plenty of other options conviently located. The security on the room doors could be better.

This is a bargin hotel! The staffs friendliness makes up for other things that may be lacking. They offer internet and basic cable, basic perks but we werent looking for much in the hotel room.

Quiet
Shower had terrible Water Pressure

Staff was super friendly, Room was Clean, Bed was Comfortable, and in a berry convent area. My own complaint is that there was hardly any water pressure in the shower.

It felt safe and secure.
There was no ooooh factor. It is what it is. A place to stay overnight.

It does the job. It cheap and mostly clean for what you pay and the area it is in. Definitely could find better deals in a more popular area, but for the location it does the job.

The swimming pool, thats about it. They need to work on cleanliness.
Dirty, room looked like it was a rush threw clean, holes in comforter, toe nail clippings on floor.

Good location, Was a good price, but for how dirty it was I think $5.00 a day would have been to much to pay for how dirty it was.
